Protect and beautify your property inside and out with high quality commercial painting and coatings applied by the educated coatings contractor: Custom Coatings.
Peeling interior or exterior paint, dull finishes, outdated colors, and even ugly curb appeal can be a drag on your business’s reputation. Fortunately, all of it can be drastically improved by installing new commercial paint and coatings on your building.
It’s amazing how much a simple color change will enhance the look and value of your property, as well as protect it for years to come.
Your commercial building is a huge investment that deserves to be maintained and protected. Commercial paint coatings and waterproof coatings protect and shield buildings from the elements, but they also make properties look fantastic. Turn your out-of-date facade into a bold statement, an understated haven, or a branded showplace with new paint coatings.
Are your corrugated metal ceilings peeling, dirty or rusting? Are paint chips falling into your production lines, ruining finished goods? Are your walls stained with years of greasy residue?

Partner with Custom Coatings to rejuvenate your commercial building and improve more about your workplace than you might think, everything from look to feel to experience.
You only get one chance at a first impression, and a bright, clean, freshly painted commercial building is a perfect first look for your business. Every commercial building on earth has at least one or two of these surfaces in need of paint. What could you beautify today?

Custom Coatings did a wonderful job at Love Memorial Elementary School in Lincolnton, NC. The crew did a great job, very PROFESSIONAL. I asked to change one or two things while they were there painting and they were more than willing to make those changes. The school looks great!

The short answer is, it depends. If you have a masonry building, then high-end acrylic products from Sherwin Williams’ Duration line or PPG Permimizer are great choices. If you have a metal building, a premium direct to metal acrylic such as Sherwin Williams Sher-Cryl or PPG PSX700 might be the right coating for you. Get in touch for a consultation and estimate and we’ll put our knowledge to work for your building.
Preparation is the most important part of the painting process. The first step is a thorough cleaning of the substrate being painted. If it’s an exterior surface, pressure washing and cleaning with detergents is in the plan. If the surface is interior, solvent wipes or special “no rinse” pre-paint cleaners are the best choice.
Once the substrate is clean, repairs begin. Your surfaces will be scraped, sanded to a tightly adherent feathered edge, wire brushed, or prepared with any one of a number of other techniques. Call us for a more thorough explanation and details about what needs to happen before a single drop of paint hits your building.
It depends on the size of the center. Without specifics, it’s hard to say, but generally, if your shopping destination is anchored by a typical grocery store and a few smaller shops on either side, then the cost will likely be in the $10,000 – $15,000 range. If you have fewer surfaces on the front that will need to be painted, then the cost will be less. (For example, if the structure is mostly unpainted brick rather than stucco, which requires paint.)
Yes. Nights, weekends and some holidays are all possible times to complete your project. The bottom line: We will work around your schedule.
