Protecting your plant and equipment from harsh conditions or daily wear and tear with an industrial coating is just another smart investment in your business’s future.
Whether your work happens in an industrial facility, research lab, commercial operation or even a maritime environment, equipment moves your business forward and gets the job done. When it fails, the cost of lost productivity, repair or replacement can significantly impact your bottom line. Coating your machinery with an industrial coating means coverage for your investment, plain and simple.
Compared to most paints, industrial coatings are specifically engineered for their protective properties. Although paint does give equipment some measure of protection against moisture and oxidation, it cannot provide the level needed in many applications or environments.
Your equipment operates in tough conditions: extreme heat or cold, continuous or intermittent exposure to water, impacts, corrosion, oxidation, rust, chemicals and abrasions. The list goes on. Get preventative by applying an industrial coating that works just as hard.
Equipment isn’t like a flat wall or roof. Nooks and crannies, corners and specialized surfaces make attention to detail in industrial equipment painting paramount.
We know the drill (and the combine, conveyor belt and boat winch). Cleaning comes first, to remove oil, water and other contaminants, then comes protection of electrical components and designation plates. Overall, attention to detail is key to ensuring your equipment is improved, not damaged in the process of painting.

All surfaces will be thoroughly wiped clean by hand using approved cleaners for the specific facility. Common types include degreasers, acetone and denatured alcohol, though some speciality cleaners are also appropriate and will not react with paint. We only pressure wash when feasible, but most often this is not an option.
Maybe. If there are large portions of the machine that do not have moving parts and we will not be in the way of production, then the answer is a cautious maybe. In general, most of this type work needs to be performed when the machines are offline and can be “locked out, tagged out” for safety. Don’t worry, we will work around your schedule. Nights and weekends are no problem!
It varies. The type of paint that we specify will depend on a couple things: First, your budget, and secondly, the level of abuse the paint be subject to. A general rule: While some alkaloid paints hold up well on equipment, we will often specify epoxy and urethane coverings for their chemical resistance and ultimate durability.
Absolutely! We can use ANSI standard color charts and make sure all the conduits & lines coming into your machine are easily recognizable. We can also paint the machine itself with colors of your choice.
Chemical attack, harsh service environments and other factors have a negative affect on pipes, tanks and other equipment. We can help you protect it all with the proper coating systems.
There are as many types of equipment as there are paint colors. If your equipment is tired and worn then it may be time to refresh and protect it with some new paint.
Protective coating can prolong the operational life of any type of equipment and machinery by increasing its longevity and useful life.
